About the Role :
The Senior Project Manager, Innovation Product Development will lead and manage activities across Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Education, IT, and Finance to ensure excellence in on time and execution for NPD and Non-NPD projects globally. As an integral member of the team, the Project Manager must be : diligent and assertive to drive the process; flexible and adaptive to proactively manage deviations, and engaged to identify and manage project risks.
- Design strategic project plans, identifying critical path and accounting for cross-functional interdependencies, strong understanding of task-mapping required
- Clearly document and drive milestone adherence across teams. Set due dates / make revisions as needed, and own follow up to ensure tasks are met. or contingencies developed
- Identify and propose contingency plans as needed to keep initiatives on-time, in-scope, and in-budget, while managing risk
- Lead and facilitate regular cross-functional team meetings, coordinating activities across Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Education, IT, and Finance team members to create and execute necessary timelines and activities
- Proactively identify risks. Counter-act and press for decisions in order to execute on-time and within quality expectations
- Prioritize tasks, adjust workflow, cross-functional teams to move projects forward
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, creating and refining best practices and processes for successful project execution
- Serve as point of contact in between formal project meetings to drive communication and action where needed to support project execution
- Communicate project status updates, actions and risks to the executive team

Our Total Rewards :
The annual base pay for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
