Founded in 1919 as Phototype and recently rebranded as the Olberding Brand Family, we are a family company focused first on caring for people. We have a variety of services which help CPG clients engage consumers through graphic design and execution. Our services begin in conceptual brand strategy and design, then flow through adaptive design all the way to the production of color accurate and regulatory compliant physical and digital touch points. We are composed of three separate branded business units (Coach House, Amplify and Phototype) where we Design, Optimize and Protect brands. There are over 350 of us across the US, Europe and Asia. The Creative Services Manager is responsible for supporting the Brand Leaders in our Creative Services team by providing intelligent service in the execution and tracking of creative projects.

The Creative Services Manager is responsible for supporting the Brand Leaders in our Creative Services team by providing intelligent service in the execution and tracking of creative projects.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Supporting multiple brand leaders in the day-to-day project specific activities for assigned brands while ensuring highest quality products/services
- Ensuring deliverables are correct and on-time\Scheduling internal review meetings
- Assisting and liaising with brand leaders to prepare meeting documents
- Writing up project details, creating estimates, maintaining accurate schedules and ensuring work is completed on time, maintaining accurate budget records, tracking project versus budget, processing billing to the finance department
Qualifications Include:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service/office administration or project management
- Agency experience preferred
- Proficient level in Microsoft Office software and Keynote
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Understanding of the graphic & packaging industries preferred
- BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar degree preferred
