We are seeking a HR & Talent Growth Manager to join our team to lead talent acquisition, collaborate withourCenter Success team to enhance operational training programs, and build scalable HR processes that support employee development and business growth. As we expand rapidly across the U.S, our HR & Talent Growth Manager will build and develop high-performing teams that deliver an exceptional employee and patient experience. Key Responsibilities

1. Build and Scale High-Performing Teams

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process to rapidly hire, onboard, and retain top talent for both retail locations and corporate roles.
  • Develop and execute scalable hiring strategies to meet aggressive growth objectives for new OrthoLazer centers.
  • Partner with center directors to create highly effective, engaged teams that deliver a world-class patient experience.
  • Proactively address staffing challenges and workforce readiness to ensure every location is set up for success.

2. Elevate the Employee Experience

  • Champion a people-first culture that values transparency, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Implement training and mentorship programs that equip center directors with leadership skills to inspire and develop their teams.
  • Design and measure employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention initiatives, taking action to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes foster a supportive and high-performing work environment.
  • Create career development pathways for employees, empowering them to grow within the company.
  • 3. Lead HR Operations with Excellence

  • Oversee HRIS systems and processes (BambooHR experience preferred) for seamless hiring, payroll, compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to centers directors and corporate leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster an open-door culture where employees feel heard, valued, and supported.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in human resources, organizational development, or related field.
  • 5 years of HR experience with 3 years in retail, multi-location, healthcare, wellness, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Strong ability to analyze HR data and make strategic, people-focused decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling teams and driving business success.
  • Experience with HRIS tools (BambooHR preferred) and ability to streamline digital HR processes.
  • Role Requirements

  • Flexible work options : Based in Warsaw, IN, with hybrid / remote potential for top candidates.
  • 25% domestic travel required to support center openings and leadership development.
