What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Manager position at Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom?
Must possess strong leadership skills. Responsible for bar
inventory, ordering, bar cost, labor cost, sanitation and cleanliness, bartender
training and execution, hiring and staffing bar employees, schedule writing, all
FOH operations and cleanliness, all liquor, beer and wine receiving, and front of
house back of house relations.
