An Hourly Manager at Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom is responsible for executing great shifts that exceed guest’s expectations. This includes setting up the dining room, checking in staff, leading pre shift meetings, doing line checks, running food, checking on guests to verify satisfaction, supporting servers, managing cleanliness and sanitation, cutting staff when not needed, driving profitability and results, supporting bartenders and making drinks when bartenders need help, doing checkouts and depositing money, doing voids, comps and discounts for servers, checking out staff before they leave, and at times, closing the building.
