AQUATICS DIRECTOR – SPLIT LOCATION (PLYMOUTH & TAUNTON)

COMPETITIVE PAY RANGE: $48,000–$51,000 annually

Old Colony YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Aquatics Director to lead and inspire teams, oversee safe and fun aquatic programming, and build lifesaving skills for all participants.

This unique role offers the opportunity to work in two vibrant communities:

• Plymouth (May-September): Manage outdoor pool operations and lead the waterfront at Camp Clark.
• Taunton (September-May): Support aquatic programming and operations at the Taunton facility.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Team Leader Certification from Y-USA (or working towards it).
• Ability to teach lessons and lift adults from the pool as needed.
• Current certifications or a willingness to achieve the following: Ellis Lifeguarding, LGI, American Red Cross WSI or WSIT, Vanguard Aquatics Supervisor.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
