Job Summary
Assist and provide administrative support for the Workers’ Compensation department by a variety of clerical duties related to Workers’ Compensation claims processing.
Primary Responsibilities
Communicate with OD Service Centers, Attorneys, Human Resources, and other necessary parties
Workers’ Compensation claims setup process
Review and monitor Incidents
Process Weekly Wage Loss Compensation Checks
Assist the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator
Backup the WC Claims intake process
Assist and Back up TMD (Temporary Modified Duty) Job Assignments
Review files / emails to answer requests and provided information to the appropriate parties
Answer and direct phone calls
Photocopy, scan, fax, email, and file documents
Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
Weekly / monthly internal reporting and dashboard data – back up
Complete deposits for refunds and recoveries and balance Citibank Statement
Sorting and distributing incoming mail
Order department supplies
Collaborate in group settings
Job Qualifications
Education :
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience :
2 years of administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Always maintain a professional business manner when representing OD
Working Days :
Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,
Working Shift : AM / PM
