As a Housekeeper at Old Dutch Hotel, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel. This position is vital to ensuring our guests enjoy a pleasant stay, reflecting our dedication to high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels when needed.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to management promptly.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
