Key Responsibilities:

- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred.
- Current coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, HCS-D) from a recognized accrediting body.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICD-10 coding experience in a home health care setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
