Job Summary: Old Hickory Golf Club is seeking a talented and passionate leader to join our team and spearhead our pool shop operations in 2025. This is a seasonal position.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in leading the Pool Staff to ensure Members have quality experience at the Pool
- Work closely with the Member Relations Director on Pool Events throughout the season.
- Monitor weather conditions and determine safety of operation with the Head Lifeguard, Food and Beverage Manager, and General Manger.
- Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Supervision of the Snack Shop Attendants and Bartenders, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper operational needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Snack Shop and Bathrooms.
- Management of the Schedules of Snack Shop Attendants and Bartenders.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 or Older
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Experience in food service management preferred.
- Bartending experience preferred
- Must be able to regularly lift 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to regularly stand, kneel and extend arms. The job frequently requires semi-rigorous physical activity in completing task
- Serve-safe credentials OR willing to obtain.
