What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Old Hickory Management, LLC?
Old Hickory Management is looking to hire a personable and detail-oriented individual as a Contracts Administrator within our Rent-to-Own company. The position is responsible for prepping and entering new contracts in the Rental department.

Essential Functions:
- Prep and enter new contracts into RTO
- Review and print payoff sheets for new contracts
- Reconcile contract corrections spreadsheet with Accounting updates and RTO system
- Handle all contract transfers by prepping new contract, obtaining proper signatures and transfer fees, and updating RTO & NetSuite
- Assist Customer Service department with answering phones and taking payments
- Monitor undelivered buildings
- Reconcile inventory numbers for shop builds
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 3-5 years professional data entry experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
- Ability to learn new software programs
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Type: Full-time
