Old Hickory Management is looking to hire a personable and detail-oriented individual as a Contracts Administrator within our Rent-to-Own company. The position is responsible for prepping and entering new contracts in the Rental department.

Old Hickory is a fast-growing company and the leader in the portable buildings market. We have succeeded by providing our customers with well-constructed buildings, an easy purchase or rent-to-own experience, and exceptional customer service.

Essential Functions:

  • Prep and enter new contracts into RTO
  • Review and print payoff sheets for new contracts
  • Reconcile contract corrections spreadsheet with Accounting updates and RTO system
  • Handle all contract transfers by prepping new contract, obtaining proper signatures and transfer fees, and updating RTO & NetSuite
  • Assist Customer Service department with answering phones and taking payments
  • Monitor undelivered buildings
  • Reconcile inventory numbers for shop builds
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 3-5 years professional data entry experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
  • Ability to learn new software programs

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
