- Expediting 200 covers with precision and accuracy to maintain a world class standard for best in category
- NYC DOH certification: Food handlers license
- Ability to work any station while maintaining a clean and organized work space
- Open availability
- Strong sense of comfort with taking inventory and ordering necessary supplies
- Experience in managing a large team
- Desire to learn about traditional flavors from Australian cuisine that inspire our contemporary dishes
- Self-starter with capacity to follow through on tasks
- The ability to multitask at all points during your work day
