Under general supervision performs a wide variety of complex loan servicing tasks that are in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Boards all consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans on the Bank's loan core
- Services and maintains the existing loan portfolio. Includes but is not limited to loan maintenance, code corrections and / or changes, reversals, and reapplication of payments, settlement of loan general ledger accounts, escrow functions, participation functions, and collateral monitoring.
- Responds to and resolves internal and external customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner through ticketing system and the Contact Center.
- Accurately quote loan payoffs in a timely manner.
- Monitors and maintains daily and monthly reports.
- Performs charge-off and non-accrual functions.
- Collaborates with other internal departments to resolve all loan-level exceptions.
- Tests system releases for new functionality and assurance of existing functionality.
- Participates in projects as needed.
- Accountable for the understanding of and adherence to operational controls, policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with bank policies and related laws and regulations
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
