Your journey begins by gathering vital information from insureds regarding your assigned inventory. You will be the point of contact for policyholders, guiding them through every step of the audit process with expertise and care. Your ability to review and consolidate audit information will enable you to determine final auditable exposures, and you will communicate your findings effectively, ensuring alignment with our policyholders on any necessary changes.
In this role, your understanding of commercial lines rules, regulations, and state exceptions will be crucial as you produce accurate and compliant audits. You will collaborate with insureds, agents, regulatory bureaus, and various levels of company personnel to address audit questions and disputes, demonstrating your exceptional communication skills. Timeliness and accuracy are key; you will be responsible for managing your assigned premium audits while keeping detailed tracking notes and escalating issues as necessary.
