Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepares agency contract amendments specific to new states licensing appointments for National and Enterprise Agents.
- Coordinates the delivery and tracking of contract amendments related to on-going licensing initiatives within Agency Services.
- Provides regular reporting and communication regarding contract amendment status to agency management and sales staff.
- Activates / Assigns Agency ID’s in ADB upon receipt of signed amendments.
- Assist Agency Service Managers with new agent ADB set up and maintenance.
- Assist with tracking and storing E and O policies, and license renewal for National and Enterprise Agents.
- Ensures timely payment of state specific invoices on multiple platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service to agents, internal and external customers.
- Assist with various department projects to include regulatory and compliance related reporting and audit support.
- Provide month end back up support for remittance reporting and policy inventory.
- Complies with Company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and completes mandatory company compliance training by prescribed deadlines.
- At a minimum, the ability to work your scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday to include overtime as requested by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Five years administrative or related experience required.
- Solid understanding of title insurance or real estate related terminology is preferred
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person
- Ability to work in fast paced environment while successfully performing under extreme time constraints and meets prescribed deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to act independently with sound judgment and take initiative.
- Written and verbal communications are clear, grammatically correct and business appropriate.
- Actively listens and is mindful of the role body language, gestures and other nonverbal actions can play in communication.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- The ability to work with confidential information and to keep confidences and work with sensitive data.
- The ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday is required.
- Repetitive and continual keyboard activity and interaction with display monitors is required.
