The Teller role is a key position within our retail banking team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service, processing banking transactions, balancing cash drawers, and referring qualified customers to our Retail Banking team.
Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer experiences, meeting or exceeding established customer service expectations, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
You will also be responsible for participating in required training sessions to enhance your knowledge of sales, customer service, policies, and procedures.
