JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Leadership Experience: 2 years of demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.
- Minimum Age & Education: Must be at least 18 and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store, and handle food products safely.
A DAY ON THE BLOCK
As the Apprentice Head Coach, you're more than a manager; you're the cornerstone of our local brand, driving our mission forward with an owner's mentality. You'll lead our team of Blockstars (Team Members), fostering their growth and ensuring our store operates seamlessly.
- Competent in all positions
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Responsible for Same-Store Sales Growth
- Accountable for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
- Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and South Block standards
- Attend weekly meetings with the Head Coach (General Manager)
- Review weekly employee schedules
- Assist the Head Coach (General Manager) to complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, Compeat, online ordering, inventory, etc.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the South Block culture
- Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
