Compensation : $14.70 - $16.00 per hour
Job Summary : Old Tucson Entertainment is looking for devoted and enthusiastic Kitchen staff who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, workstations and food storage facilities, and provide assistance with the preparation of food. A qualified candidate should be reliable, proficient, and observant with excellent communication and time management skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef
- Sweeping and mopping floors, as required
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations
- Packaging customers' leftover food upon request
- Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis
- Other duties as assigned
