Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure high-quality service.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and managed efficiently.
- Utilize POS system for order management and payment processing.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for front-of-house operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food management practices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate catering services for events.
- Train new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.

Experience
- Previous experience in a management role within the food industry is preferred.
