What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Systems Engineer position at Oldcastle APG?
As a MES Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical input to help troubleshoot issues during usage and assist manufacturing on the efficient use of MES. You will also support end-users in MES navigation, Electronic Batch Record execution, and general system utilization to ensure users become self-sufficient.
You will train operations and other users as needed, develop training material, and maintain server and client applications that support MES functions. Additionally, you will travel to different BOL sites for implementation, troubleshooting, training, and support of the operations.
