Huge growth potential in both cash applications and other areas of AR if the candidate is wanting to advance their career.Job ResponsibilitiesPull bank reporting daily via Bank of America CashPro website, BOA Global or United Transactions to view receipts.Process cash receipts via Excel Macro.Post funds in multiple ERP systems.Research unapplied payments and missing information from bank source.Assist Supervisor with journal entries for finance charges, miscellaneous journal requests, and other write-offs.Assist Credit and Collections team with check copies if needed for research.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years related experience.Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills.Computer proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent telephone skills.Team player – ability to share information within the department and company.Ability to be flexible as we continue to process improve.What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base pay.Comprehensive medical, dental, and disability benefits programs.Group retirement savings program.Health and wellness programs.A diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion.About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
