About OMB
The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB) was founded in 2009 in the lower south end neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. Since the very beginning OMB has prided itself on producing and serving the very highest quality products following the German Purity rules known as Reinheitsgebot!
OMB operates a production facility, restaurant, and 1-acre biergarten that is well known throughout North Carolina for hosting events and festivals throughout the year. OMB products are proudly distributed statewide in North Carolina through an independent wholesaler network. In the Spring of 2024, OMB will open a second location in the heart of Ballantyne neighborhood in south Charlotte that will feature a two story 14,000 square restaurant and biergarten!
About The Role
Grow & maintain OMB’s on-premise and off-premise sales in the market.

Territory Management
- Maintain current accounts
- Acquire prospect accounts
- Manage expenses
- Set weekly and quarterly goals
- Schedule and execute events to aid in growth of OMB awareness and interest

Account Management & Distributor Partnership
- Identify and close opportunities for additional placements at existing accounts
- Convey new accounts and placements to distributor to ensure seamless transitions
- Coordinate with distributors
- Counter arguments against OMB or additional OMB placements
- Aid in server and bartender training
