- Oversee patient scheduling.
- Assist in patient care and scribing.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent calendar management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus but not required.
