Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with independent operators, store managers, and key customer decision makers.
- Drive sales growth by ensuring high-quality customer service and identifying new business opportunities.
- Secure incremental space/displays through regular customer visits and evaluate IO warehouses and equipment for compliance with Ole's expectations.
- Maintain company procedures and review weekly Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports to address deficiencies.
Requirements:
- 1 years' experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales role.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record required.
- Ability to carry 20 to 40 pounds and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Available to run a route in case of planned or unplanned disruption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic computer functions (downloading documents, email, internet, Microsoft Word).
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and display professionalism representing clients.
- Experience using personal access to functional tools such as smartphone or smart pad and computer.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) preferred but not required.
