Join our dynamic team as a Full-time Front Desk Supervisor! This position requires flexible availability to be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Front Desk and Housekeeping Supervisor experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate!

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR
As an active member of the Management team, has responsibility for supervising and overseeing the effectiveness of the Front Office guest relations as it relates to operations at the hotel. Responsible for the general oversight and support of the hotel operations with a focus on the Front Office to ensure a high level of personalized service is delivered to guests at all times. Supports hotel operations as needed.
You will oversee the daily shift briefing process for incoming employees, ensuring all employees on shift are familiar with VIP guests' in- house / arriving / departing, any significant events on property, and any other pertinent information. Additionally, you will lead and support the resolution of Guest accounting inquiries or concerns and assist in the coordination, communication and planning for daily house activities and event billing requirements in collaboration with Accounting and Sales departments.

To be successful as a Front Desk Supervisor at our hotel, you will need to have strong attention to detail, ensuring that all assigned duties are performed with accuracy and follow-through. A courteous and cooperative demeanor is essential, as you will be interacting with guests, co-workers, and management on a daily basis. Proficiency in English communication is crucial, as you will be responsible for speaking, reading, and writing in English to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues. Additionally, you should have good mathematical skills, enabling you to compute and manipulate calculations necessary for payment transactions and other tasks.
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will often work independently with minimal supervision. Therefore, self-motivation, organization, and the ability to prioritize and multitask are important qualities to possess.
