Join a dedicated team of highly motivated professionals who are committed to providing an integrative, community-based approach to care. PMHNP provides diagnoses, treatment, and prevention of behavioral health disorders. Implements a plan of care and manage treatment regimens. Uses evidence-based best practice to formulate treatment plans and teachings. Schedule follow-up evaluations to monitor efficacy of treatment and adjust as indicated. Assess and update patient history, mental status, and diagnostic tests as needed. Administer, prescribe, and dispense pharmacological agents.
