The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Coordinate Payroll and benefits for employees
- Oversee employee relations
- Assist with reports and financial anaylsis as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or PHR a plus
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources with professional service organizations or with law firms
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Broad knowledge of policies and procedures
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
