What are the responsibilities and job description for the Biotechnology Patent Attorney position at Oliff PLC?
Seeking Patent Attorney with a background in biotechnology, molecular or cell biology, biochemistry, or a related field. Additional experience in chemical fields is preferred.
Applicants should have 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm. Patent drafting experience is required. Position involves all aspects of patent prosecution, with opportunities for increasing levels of responsibility and movement into other areas of our IP practice.
