Watertown Country Club is looking for friendly and professional golf shop outside services staff to work at their golf course. The successful candidate will assist golfers as they receive and return their golf carts. Responsibilities include cleaning/washing carts, reporting mechanical issues, and providing outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a golf course setting is helpful but not required. Weekday and weekend hours are available.
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred, in a golf course or hospitality environment is helpful.
- Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Works well with a variety of people.
- Knowledge of golf course operations, including golf cart rental and basic golf etiquette, is a plus.
- An ideal candidate should be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, clean, and ensure carts are running properly
- Assist golfers with receiving and returning carts
- Offer friendly, professional customer service
- Ensuring cart and work area are clean and safe
- Work with teammates and other staff with a helpful, positive attitude
- Provide other related services, tasks, and projects as required
Schedule:
- Weekdays and weekends required
Pay:
- $9-$11/hr. plus tips
