We are growing rapidly and looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in paid media to help propel our brand forward. This role is integral to driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven paid media strategies. We're looking for an individual with exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Above all, we need someone genuinely enthusiastic about demonstrating how performance marketing can effectively advance our business objectives.  

What You'll Do : 

As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you will: 

• Develop and Execute Paid Media Campaigns: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic and other paid platforms, optimizing for KPIs and business growth. This includes audience and keyword research, managing budgets, A/B testing, and performance tracking.  

• Audience Segmentation & Persona Development: Use data analytics to segment and target audiences with personalized messaging, creating effective social media personas and ensuring ads reach the right people. 

• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product/UX, brand creative studio, content, and customer success departments to develop a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.  

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Analytics (GA4), PowerBI, and other tools to monitor campaign performance, track user behavior, and optimize media spend to meet objectives. Create detailed reports for key stakeholders. 

• Landing Page Testing: Develop strategies CRO/UX testing across that site that can be tested through digital advertising campaigns to improve conversion rate and enhance campaign performance.  

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and test new channels like YouTube, programmatic advertising, and emerging social platforms to ensure that Olive Ave Jewelry stays ahead of the curve. 

What We’re Looking For : 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing. Experience in e-commerce and working with luxury or fashion brands is a plus. 

• Skills: Expertise in paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, plus a strong understanding of data analytics and campaign performance metrics. Knowledge and interest in content marketing is a bonus. 

• Ownership & Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, and product teams. A proactive and adaptive approach to managing budgets, strategies, and campaigns in a fast-paced environment. 

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. A background from top-tier marketing agencies, e-commerce consumer brands, or luxury industries is ideal. 

• Strong Analytical Mindset: Passion for mathematics, strategy, and performance optimization with a data-driven approach to marketing. 

• Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking to experiment with new digital marketing channels and technologies, ensuring marketing initiatives deliver the highest ROI.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with luxury brands or the fashion/jewelry industry is a plus. 

• Proven track record of leading and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns. 

• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and reporting tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, PowerBI). 

• Excellent communication skills and an ability to interpret KPIs into actionable insights.
