What You’ll Do

As an Instructor, you will:

• Teach courses such as English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies using our Olive Branch Custom Curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, and resources tailored to your teaching style.
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records of progress and attendance.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the Learning Center Director regarding student development.
• Conduct parent-instructor conferences and participate in training or team meetings.
• Model and incorporate Islamic values into the classroom environment.

Key Details

• Schedule: Teaching hours generally fall between Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Specific schedules depend on the number of classes assigned.
• Hours: Teachers are paid for instructional hours and receive equivalent paid planning time (e.g., 1 hour of planning for every 1 hour of teaching).

• A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Education preferred).
• 5 years of teaching experience.
• A current teaching credential (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young children.
