Olive Branch Therapy Group's mission is "your story, our support, one branch at at a time." We are a unique, warm, counseling practice. We have an amazing team of therapists that are diverse, authentic and extremely talented. We are seeking full time mental health clinician associates, Minimum 30 direct service hours a week, to join a therapy practice in East Brunswick and Somerville NJ
Provisionally licensed therapists are paid on a fee for service basis. The compensation is $35 per session.

Qualifications
- Licensed LSW, LAC or LAMFT required
- Strong patient care and assessment skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Experience with psychotherapy and crisis intervention
- Familiarity with child and family counseling techniques
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on behavioral health needs.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in crisis intervention when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
