Overview:
FT/40 hrs. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Orange County Executive Director. Duties will include but not be limited to managing the ED’s calendar, coordinating regional events and meetings, oversee and coordinate projects, develop and implement organizational systems. Qualified candidates should have 2-year minimum experience supporting leadership. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office and strong communication skills. Starting pay rate of $30-$32 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate correspondence (letters, reports, proposals, PowerPoints, etc.) for presentation.
- Oversee and coordinate specialty projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist in the preparation and/or updating of program statements for all Olive Crest programs.
- Develop and implement organizational systems, as needed.
- Run reports as needed analyzing and highlighting key areas for ED’s focus.
- Manage list of ED action items, priorities, and due dates to ensure completion and timeliness.
- Maintain electronic files as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
- Be 21 years or older due to County contract requirements.
- Maintain a valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record of at least 3 years as required by Olive Crest’s insurance carrier.
- Must maintain vehicle insurance throughout course of employment.
- Maintain criminal record clearance.
- Must have CPR and First Aid certification upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
- Must be able to walk on unstable ground and to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, use hands/ feel, climb, balance, and walk frequently.
- Apply reason in problem-solving situations where only limited standardization may exist. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form.
- Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
