Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in need, including those with autism, disabilities, or other special needs.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication reminders
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses and social workers, to ensure the well-being of patients.
Skills:
- Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices.
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility limitations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
