Welcome to the OTB family! We are a olive oil and aged balsamic tasting room/e-commerce business based in wonderful Williams Arizona. We are looking to hire a full time enployee to work/manage this location. The Job will be WEEKENDS and weekdays and will be full time year around.
Customer service is our top priority. As a sales associate at Olive the Best, your primary duty will be to help customers make purchases by recommending, and describing our wide variety of olive oils, Balsamic vinegars, and specialty gourmet products (product training provided). We ensure our customers have a great experience by helping them with creative ideas and ways to use our all natural, healthy organic products.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to love food, work independently, communicate well and be willing to assist with a variety of tasks from filling bottles and making gift baskets to educating customers about our products. Being flexible and the ability to multi-task in this dynamic retail environment will be the keys to your success. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, work with a POS system and handle money. You will be a key holder and work mostly independently so being trustworthy and punctual will need to be your greatest assets.
Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.
You will be working WEEKENDS and Evenings. You must be able to lift 45 lbs.
