The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand’s aesthetic and marketing goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop a variety of materials, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, website elements, and packaging designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, email templates, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure design consistency across all channels.
- Maintain and update the brand’s visual guidelines.
- Create and edit visual content for the website and social media platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary : $70,000 - $88,000
