Key Responsibilities
The Brand & Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive content and experiential marketing strategy that drives business objectives.
• Brand Calendar Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive brand calendar aligned with company initiatives, ensuring strategic content planning.
• Influencer & Partnership Management: Lead influencer strategy, identifying and cultivating relationships with brand-relevant creators for long-term collaborations. Oversee partnerships, giveaways, ambassador programs, and influencer seeding for new launches.
• PR & Events: Manage PR strategy, media outreach, and event planning, including influencer and ambassador events from ideation to execution.
• Content and Experiential Marketing: Oversee all organic marketing efforts, including content marketing, influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and community-driven engagement. Develop data-driven strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention through non-paid channels. Lead brand partnerships, collaborations, and experiential activations to drive awareness and engagement.
Requirements for this role include:
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a DTC marketing role with a proven track record in content and experiential marketing.
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including SEO tools, influencer platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• A creative thinker with a track record of developing impactful brand campaigns.
