Position Details: Servers at the Oliver Hospitality Management portfolio properties F&B outlets will deliver unparalleled guest service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Taking food and beverages orders and ensuring that they are delivered to the table in a timely fashion
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- Explaining the menus to guests and accommodating their requests
- Paying close attention to your tables to ensure that they are always taken care of
- Delivering the bill and processing payment
- Treating all guests with the utmost courtesy and respect
- Assisting with closing and opening duties
- Assisting with hotel and banquet operations as needed
- Understand and proficiently use the POS system
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
