They are building out their group business and are looking for someone to hire with solid Yellow Book reporting experience who can have responsibility across multiple subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) specifically tailored for the insurance sector.
- Manage all aspects of Statutory Reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Conduct detailed analyses on property and casualty insurance financial data, presenting findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with the regulatory team to fulfil all requirements by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
- Oversee and lead the financial reporting team in the planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities to secure financial integrity.
Requirements:
- Profound knowledge of Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) with hands-on experience in GAAP for insurance.
- Significant expertise in property and casualty regulatory reporting and compliance with the NAIC.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial information in an understandable manner.
- Adept at using major financial software systems and tools relevant to the insurance industry.
