Develop & Empower Talent - Mentor and develop a team of actuaries and analysts, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence.
Advance Innovation & Analytics - Oversee the evolution of pricing models, incorporating predictive analytics and emerging data sources to enhance precision and profitability.
Enhance Process & Governance - Drive best practices in actuarial methodologies, pricing governance, and regulatory compliance to support sustainable business success.
12 years of progressive actuarial experience (FCAS preferred), including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record in personal lines pricing, with experience developing and executing pricing strategies.
Expertise in actuarial modeling, predictive analytics, and pricing tools within the P&C industry.
Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to connect actuarial insights to broader business objectives.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to drive innovation, execute complex projects, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
