We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization and support in all areas of the small business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Process and submit billing and payroll
- Vendor Relations
- Support to team in all areas to include, but not limited to, human relations, marketing and client services
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Serve in On Call Rotation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Organizational Skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
Salary : $48,500 - $52,500
