Role:
Managing operations and performance of the inside sales and account representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Management, etc. Experience can be substituted
- Proven experience in managing sales team performance
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

· 5 Year Sales Experience
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the performance of Account Representatives and ISR’s.
· Work closely with Sales Management Team to drive outcomes
· Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
· Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
· Act as the primary contact for customer escalations.
Key Performance Indicators:
· Revenue and Profit Performance/ Growth
· Customer Retention Rate/ Rate to Goal
· New Customer Growth/ New Customer Counts
· Current Account maintenance and growth/ Account product mix
· Team health/ Retention/ Productivity/ etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
