Server Assistant

Position Purpose/Summary: The Server Assistant at Olivero plays a vital role in supporting the front-of-house team by ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests. This position involves assisting servers and bussers in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Essential Functions:

• Table Setup: Prepare and set tables with utensils, glassware, and linens before guests are seated.
• Bread and Water Service: Offer and refill water glasses, deliver bread baskets, and provide condiments.
• Bussing and Cleaning: Assist in clearing and cleaning tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Food Delivery Support: Collaborate with servers to deliver dishes to the correct table and ensure accurate placement.
• Table Reset: Quickly and efficiently reset tables for new guests, maintaining a clean and orderly appearance.
• Assist Servers: Support servers in any way necessary, such as refilling beverages and assisting with guest requests.
• Pre-bussing: Monitor and pre-bus tables to ensure a clutter-free dining experience.
• Restroom Checks: Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms.
• Sanitation: Follow proper sanitation and hygiene practices to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Stocking: Assist with restocking supplies, including beverages, condiments, and utensils.
