Our nursing home is seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager / Educator to support and guide our nursing team while ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

As the Nurse Manager / Educator, you will :

oLeadership & Oversight :

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain exceptional care standards.

Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective care plans.

oEducation & Training :

Develop and deliver staff training programs to promote professional growth and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Keep staff updated on best practices, policies, and procedures in long-term care and infection control.

oClinical Support :

Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident care when needed.

Provide hands-on clinical guidance and troubleshooting for complex cases.

oQuality Improvement :

Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.

Lead initiatives to improve resident outcomes and staff satisfaction.

oCommunication & Collaboration :

Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and leadership.

Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

oCurrent RN license in Minnesota, in good standing.

oMinimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in long-term care or a related setting.

oProven leadership and education / training experience.

oStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control, and quality improvement processes.

oExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
