Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales team of enthusiastic and motivated Associates who provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and fairly.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the front end by adhering to merchandising standards.
- Ensure that all front-end operations meet company expectations and store standards.
- Assist in developing and evaluating front-end Associates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail with a mid-size to large service-oriented business.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
