Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school in counseling or related field with a Masters or Doctorate degree
- Licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy in Minnesota
- Must complete continuing education and professional development beyond formal education as outlined by certifying body
- Ability to manage time and stress effectively and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting
- Ability to teach and counsel individuals, families, and groups
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire

- Demonstrates timely and accurate completion of all documentation
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Interviews, assess/screens, and diagnoses mental health conditions
- Delivers high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy
- Obtains and documents accurate patient health history
- Consults with and refers to other healthcare specialties and departments when indicated
- Works in a team-approach with psychologists, psychiatrist, nursing, and support staff
- Attends organizational committees and work groups as assigned by supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
