Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited school in counseling or related field with a Masters or Doctorate degreeLicensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy in MinnesotaMust complete continuing education and professional development beyond formal education as outlined by certifying bodyAbility to manage time and stress effectively and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care settingAbility to teach and counsel individuals, families, and groupsBLS certification within 90 days of hireExpectations Include :
