Currently, we are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our dedicated accounting team.
Position Summary
The Accounting Manager specializing in Accounts Payable is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining financial records, providing reports to management and building strong vendor relationships. To succeed in this role, one should have accounts payable processing experience, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and be able to lead teams in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. This role will collaborate with internal / external clients to deliver exceptional results within specified deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities :
Accounts Payable
- Manage the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Oversee and manage corporate credit cards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and maintain internal controls.
- Oversee relationships with vendors, including communication about invoice discrepancies, payment terms negotiation, and resolving issues promptly.
- Review and approve invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to address issues and improve cross-functional processes related to credit card processing, expense reports, and other accounts payable functions.

As a firm, we are committed to pay practices that are fair, competitive, and reflect internal pay equity. At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in Seattle is between $100,000 and $110,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
