Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at Olson Toon Landscaping. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes to optimize the employee experience and retention.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Serve as a strategic partner and liaison to executives, supporting organizational initiatives and decision-making.
- Develop, improve, and implement HR policies that reflect best practices and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Administer safety compliance and programs, including Workers' Compensation.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees have access to competitive and compliant benefits programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience required, with demonstrated leadership and management responsibilities.
