POSITION SUMMARY :
A Homeowner Satisfaction Representative interacts with homeowners and trade contractors to diagnose, schedule and complete warranty service work.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
This position will be responsible for : conducting quality inspections, assisting construction in the preparation of homes for deliveries, conducting new home orientations, working with Home Advisors and Construction Managers to maintain models and standing inventory to company standards, handling homeowner service requests, coordinating trade contractor repairs and participating in the HOA Champion Program.
You will be required to be "on-call" for homeowner emergencies two weeks at a time.
You may be required to work some weekends.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, personable and highly professional.
- Must possess the ability to recognize, analyze and solve problematic situations.
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks.
- Must understand the technical aspects of the residential construction industry.
- Must provide and operate a motor vehicle within the confines of the State requirements for licensing and insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of one year experience with a new home builder in construction, or a minimum of two years’ experience with a home builder in customer service is preferred.
